NICHOLAS GARCIA
Commissioning Specialist
Nicholas Garcia joined JHE in August 2025 as a Commissioning Specialist. Prior to this role, he worked as a TD Process Engineer – Industrial Wastewater at Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon, where he commissioned and oversaw numerous systems supporting advanced semiconductor fabrication.
Nicholas studied at the University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. During college, he completed three summer internships with Hazen and Sawyer, gaining hands-on experience in construction oversight, stormwater modeling, and wastewater treatment permitting.
Following graduation, Nicholas relocated to Oregon to join Intel, where he led projects in construction, commissioning, and functional acceptance testing for new and existing systems. His work focused on ensuring reliability and improving performance in high-tech manufacturing environments.
