Commissioning Specialist
Nathan Werts joined JHE in January 2025 as a Commissioning Specialist. He brings a strong background in pharmaceutical facilities and drug manufacturing, having built his career around the commissioning and integration of complex systems. Nathan began as a Commissioning Engineer for a company specializing in modular cleanrooms for pharmaceutical applications, where he gained hands-on experience with the startup and validation of dynamic systems. He later served as a Process Engineer for a contract development and manufacturing organization, focusing on viral vector process development and integrating equipment and facilities to support early-phase large molecule products. These experiences sharpened his expertise in facility development and process commissioning for highly regulated environments.
