Learning and Development Manager
David Bain joined JH Engineering in April 2026 as Learning and Development Manager, directing internal training and professional development efforts across the firm. In this role, he is responsible for developing learning programs, facilitating knowledge sharing among staff, and supporting the continued technical readiness of JHE personnel to meet commissioning demands.
David brings seven years of experience in water and wastewater construction, along with a decade of experience in technical training and adult education. His background combines prior experience in water and wastewater construction with proven adult learning methodologies, allowing him to translate complex engineering concepts into effective and scalable learning programs. David is a Professional Engineer (Civil) licensed in California and earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
